Well that’s a map of where they measured. But PFAS are basically everywhere already. We all have em in our blood.
I think creating a panic around them might do more harm than good. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure there’s an increase in the camcer rate thanks to them, but they’re not cyanide. We’ve lived with them for a long time now. We should just phase them out and do our best to filter out the ones already in the system, but creating a media panic and making people refuse to drink tap water, or even burn their rain coats and pans won’t help (that may seem extreme, but I’ve seen how people acted during the pandemic – I wouldn’t be surprised).
I always said: Lets just dump everything into the river Rhine just before the border and let the French and Germans fight over it. LOL
