Hi,
This is a very niche situation but I’m hoping at least someone here has some experience in this.
I recently started an “eenmanszaak” as an independent in bijberoep. I’m planning on growing my YouTube and Twitch channels and creating video products for other people as well.
Unfortunately, since my revenue is very limited right now, I can’t really afford an accountant and I’m doing this limited “accounting” on my own (using [Dexxter](https://dexxter.be/)). I have some limited income from Twitch however and, in trying to figure out how report this correctly, I have been told by multiple platforms and one accountant that I should an invoice for the money I receive from Twitch.
The only things available on Twitch’s payout page are payout confirmations, which don’t have my address or VAT number on there, so I can’t use it as an official invoice for my accounting. I’ve tried reaching out to Twitch to see if they do create some “self-bills” for Belgian streamers, but their reply was:
*”The Twitch team is unable to assist users on tax/invoice questions.*
*If you need guidance you may want to consider contacting your local tax professional or legal consult.”*
And all of those just send me back to Twitch to find an invoice…
Does anyone have some experience with this?

If i understood correctly, you should create the invoice for the money you receive by yourself, using any tools you like. Just look for some templates and the minimum elements that you should add in the invoice (like invoice number, date, reason of the received income, amount, your vat number, info of thcompany that sends you the money etc)
Tbh, tried to look stuff up like that in the past same if people want to use Patreon and the answer is to go to a tax office. Like their are no solid sources online what you really need to do and how to mark it on your taxes. Sure I have a hunch how but am I sure? No, it sucks but consulting a accounted or the tax office is not costly. I even think the tax office does it for free once a year.
