The most prevalent form of antisocial behaviour at the minute is people letting their dogs shit on the pavement and not picking it up. I wish they’d use Asbos to clamp down on it.
Shit back in my day getting an asbo was a badge of honour.
Investing in early education and after school activities, having good community role models etc.
Because being able to arrest people for an arbitrary perceived “crime” is a core socialist principle?
This is why labour is such a sticking point for some people, they are very authoritarian.
I love that they’ve used an image of teenagers doing absolutely nothing wrong. Also looks to be about 10 or 15 years out of date.
