Doesnt seems like Pilsner (its more dark). Can you tell us brand of beer? Also your glass is not clean (big no go for beer-lovers). Before filling its good have glass in cold water. Glass should be cold. Some restaurant have specialized fridges only for glasses (we are strange nation).
you need to have colder glass. and cleaner

Well I have a Lukr sidepour tap and I stink at pouring with it. Hoping to pick up some tips in Pilsen and Prague next month. It’s not as easy as it would seem!
