It’s very tricky to get a hladinka pour without the proper tap. Anyway, my Czech Pilsner is about 70% there.

  1. Doesnt seems like Pilsner (its more dark). Can you tell us brand of beer? Also your glass is not clean (big no go for beer-lovers). Before filling its good have glass in cold water. Glass should be cold. Some restaurant have specialized fridges only for glasses (we are strange nation).

  2. Well I have a Lukr sidepour tap and I stink at pouring with it. Hoping to pick up some tips in Pilsen and Prague next month. It’s not as easy as it would seem!
