Oh no! The tree killer probably is a high profile American in Luxembourg
The typical archaeological approach is to uncover, document and then re-cover *if possible*. Unless it’s a spectacular find of course. There’s so much under Luxembourg and they certainly don’t preserve most of it.
So, I wouldn’t get your hopes up.
How much do we bet that there will be more trees afterwards?
You would be surprised how much archaeological findings of this type exist. I am not saying it is worthless, but most often then not it does not hold great historical value.
Luxembourg honestly needs more buildings, including parkings.
No parking lot in the next 5 years🤷🏼♂️
