Hey guys, I need that infamous swam intelligence. I want to buy something on Kleinanzeigen and the guy offered either bank transfer or the cash on delivery service with DHL. So not that scammy „delivery guy will come and you but money in envelope“.
But paying the DHL man upon delivery of my parcel seems quite safe actually? I can make sure that I get the goods and the seller makes sure he gets his money through the middle man DHL. The account is old and has good reviews and offers various other goods too, although I know that doesn’t mean much these days.
Any advice?
