If you want to try something a bit different, there’s a zipline at the Holmenkollen ski jump. You’ll get a spectacular view of Oslo as a bonus. Reachable by metro and bus.
These are so fucking fun. Used ride these in Austria. Crashed once though. Be careful with the corners.

Namskogan familiepark!
Korketrekkeren by Holmenkollen: former Olympic bobsled run. Beautiful right now! Only cost is public transportation & sled rental (very inexpensive). Avoid weekends if possible.
Super fun! Highly highly recommend!! 🙂
Korketrekkeren… in theory an amazing place, but to many people
The ride at Tusenfryd outside Oslo kicks off the adrenaline quite well… Lasts only a few seconds, but it’s worth the trip.

Any road on first day of snow.
I live in Oslo so only thing I know about is “Tusenfryd”, but I guess Oslo is more East than South.
