I have to tell you guys something, last year around October there was a guy looking into each car in a long row on Limpertsberg (behind the lycee des Arts and metiers), there was nothing to report to the police as he was just looking but I know very well what he was looking at, I stayed outside staring at him and one he realized he just walked away as if he did nothing, what one should do when you see something like this?
