Yes. I am gluten-intolerant, and I buy Schar and Free-from. Most supermarkets have a gluten-free section and even some kiosks. Most restaurants will either have options or will accommodate you as well.
In Nicosia, Qboo bakes fresh gluten-free bread. Just pre-order. Gluten-free breads are available in Alfamega, Metro, and Papantoniou, although they are the pre-packaged kind like your photo.
The supermarket Alphamega has a selection of Gluten-free products. From bread to biscuits and even beer. You also check it online on their website, i’m sure they have it listed.
Yes
Yes in all big supermarkets like alphamega
Everywhere. Lidl has (they’re German, after all) a good selection, same with Alpha Mega, Papantoniou, Sklavenitis. There are six or seven gluten free restaurants (the gluten free Pizzeria went the way of the dodo, it was pretty shit anyways), and Qboo and Wood & Fire both make gluten free breads and other things.
Thanks a lot for your answers! Hopefully I can get it in the northern part of the island too? I guess no Lidl there))
