I like the abundance of żabkas in Poland, but there’s a nasty thought that keeps popping up: they sell the franchise, so they don’t really care about shop owners longterm success, so they won’t prevent you opening a new żabka with hundred meters if three previous ones, reducing profits for all four shops. This thing looks like a bubble that is going to pop at some point.
Reminds me of John Oliver’s report on Subway – they also don’t mind opening a new franchise shop in the same block with an existing one

Drama for the neighborhood!! But I understand the people who run this unique establishment. It was a mission not always possible to complete.
