The maneuver made by the driver of this vehicle was an illegal one, requiring the driver to drive down a one way in the opposite direction. Might be a case for the Garda Traffic Corp, tlif not they may refer you to the CC traffic wardens. Either way this should be reported as it’s dangerous driving at a minimum.
