Taking the absolute piss

  1. There should be an app where you can take an image and it time and geo stamps it.

Then the driver gets a €150 fine and you receive €50.

    Modern problems require Modern solutions!

  2. In Paris the driver would return to a little message keyed into his bonnet or door. I have even seen them graffiti tag cars and vans 😂

  3. I’ve said this on your other post but maybe someone can correct me here if I’m wrong. The maneuver made by the driver of this vehicle was an illegal one, requiring the driver to drive down a one way in the opposite direction. Might be a case for the Garda Traffic Corp, tlif not they may refer you to the CC traffic wardens. Either way this should be reported as it’s dangerous driving at a minimum.

  4. Was gonna suggest sending to [https://twitter.com/GardaTraffic](https://twitter.com/GardaTraffic) but they say on there “Not monitored 24/7 and **not suitable to report a crime**. In an emergency call 999 or 112.”

A few years back we had threads on here about [this asshole](https://www.irishmirror.ie/news/irish-news/social-media-star-posts-videos-13559321) – I forwarded the links to [RoadsPolicing_DV@garda.ie](mailto:RoadsPolicing_DV@garda.ie) you could send your image and with it’s EXIF data maybe they can do something.

  5. Could you not smash into it and then claim the SMIDSY defence because it wasn’t wearing high vis?

Ipso Facto bike away scot free knowing if it ever got to court Judge Nolan got your back!

  6. They do it cos they get away with it. Zero enforcement by the police. Everyone who passes it should key it so when the owner returns, it will look like a cheese-grater. That’s the only solution.
