If by “confident” he means “so I was told” and by “democracy” he means”authoritarian regime” and by “dream” he means “maybe like 10 people each think it would be cool to live in a opressive regime” then yeah he’s right. As to why specifically Poland and Lithuania I have no idea. Is he mad at us for bordering him? I know he’s mad at Poland for pretty much everything
