Is this 10th or 15th time Hungary says that? With Hungary and Turkey I have learned that their words are utterly worthless. They betray anything they promise again and again.
Only actually signing the papers and sending their acceptance to NATO means anything. Even after that I assume they will try to threaten to withdraw their acceptance to extort some more.
