Well, if you really had a bill with them go check it and see if it makes sense. If you’re still not sure, call them by looking up the contact information yourself and ask. That’s the usual information you need to share for a refund.
The information looks real, but I would call them for sure.
Scam!
Your name is missing in the Anrede.
Bad grammar.
No information about the reason why they owe you money.
They‘re asking for too many personal information!
Never give your E-Mail, your adress, your mobile number and your bank data at the same time!!
Don‘t call the number on the letter! It‘s probably part of the scam.
If you wanna call, look up the company‘s number on theyre homepage.
It’s a real company. Just check what they are referring to in your e-banking…
You could check Swissbilling SA in the Handelsregister (Registre du Commerce) and check that the names of the signatories are indeed the names of individuals who are signatories…
Edit: Couldn’t help myself, checked and Pascal Follonier is in fact listed. Address checks out as well. Do you not have any idea what you might have been charged for two years ago? What an interesting life you live 😉
I would fall for it, but only after a call for clarification.
Processing invoice purchases is their business model. Check what they are referring to and that the domain really does belong to them and you’ll be fine.

Thanks guys, Im gonna call the number on the official website of them, will give an update soon.
Many companies are closing their 2022 books these days and it has all to come together nicely. Getting a reminder to pay a bill or a refund is normal, things happen. What you need to do is to check if you had any billing relationship with the company, check any relevant bills and payments, and contact the company directly **not via any phone number from this mail**.
