This is a Black Lace Weaver. Pretty harmless. Poor fella is out trying to look for a female, which he’s not going to get if he just sits around doing nothing. Fucking typical.
It getting close to mating season, time for a wander, see if there’s any ladies about.
A giant house spider! She’s big and scary looking but she’s harmless. They tend to go find places to hide in. Please ignore the people saying kill it. Their population is dwindling due to false widows.
