Genuine question: what’s the point of the CSTO (the Russian equivalent of NATO) when Russia doesn’t really help Armenia even after they triggered article 4 (the equivalent of NATO’s article 5).
AFAIK the EU and NATO members have offered a stronger condemnation of Azerbaijan and the EU actually sent people to monitor the border, and they’re not even allies.
I wouldn’t be surprised if CSTO collapses entirely, sooner rather than later.
