Hey Folks, how do you calculate your salary on UOP? Is incredibile how difficult the taxation is: I live here since 5 years got another offer from my company but in the calculator online is just IMPOSSIBLE to get an idea of the salary. Every each of them gives a different number.

If you don’t need the exact number then just assume you will get 2/3 net.
I tried the first two links and got exactly the same results. Are you using the same parameters (PPK, PIT-2, middle class relief etc) or just entering your salary and clicking calculate
Because there are so many parameters and maybe some of these calculator doesn’t take some parameters into account? No free online calculator is 100% accurate.
https://wynagrodzenia.pl/brutto-netto/umowa-o-prace/2023-brutto-ile-to-netto this is probably most trustworthy, although it can be a little inaccurate in more complicated cases.
