My grandfather was born in the yellow house on the left in 1923! One of the neighbours at the time made this painting. I’m trying to find any info I can get my hands on. I know the house has most likely been torn down but who knows, maybe someone recognizes it. Also, does anyone know what it says under Osijek? I can’t really make it out.
Apparently, now it’s Čvrsnička street in Osijek..and I think, only think that house still stands and the address is Čvrsnička 72, you can look it up on Google maps..it’s the most similar to the painting in that street

I think the street was renamed Čvrsnička Street
Paint say it is Triglavska ulica
This could be right location or POV of the painter. First gray house could be renovated yellow one from the painting. peached one down the street mached the position on the road crossing. Plus there is that bent, or at angle wall house, the yellow one again on the painting.
