What is this noise? I hear it every night and I can barely sleep cause of it

4. It’s very low, OP, so hard to hear. Barges and other marine type paraphernalia can make a similar noise. Are you near the coast?

6. This sounds like something resonating, it is usually caused by the wind blowing over a metal pole or wire.

7. could it be coming from the Iarnrod eireann works in inchicore, not too far way, i used to live close to them and you’d hear mad noises at night sometimes, lots of machine noises
