As a citizen of Poland but not of Warsaw, it makes me both proud and frustrated.
Proud – because the development of our capital city is so rapid and unbelievable.
Frustrated – because the other regions, cities and towns fall so far behind and the gap between them and Warsaw is growing constantly.
I stayed one night in that hotel on the right side. The room window was facing central Warsaw and all the skyscrapers including the famous Stalin building. They even brought me breakfast into the room.
5/5 stay.
Poland circlejerk is getting as frequent as Brexit circlejerk.
Just like any major city, soulless mirror blocks.
Damn, I’d consider taking a polish IT job if the language wasn’t even more brutally hard then German (already living in Germany)
Another day, another pic of Warsaw’s tiny “skyscrapers”.
:Picard.Facepalm:
Yawn¹⁰.
I wish Latvia built tram stops correctly:(
Poland is currently my fave European country. Keep it up!
Well, nice for sure. But it could be anywhere. Very bland and generic architecture.
We have like a 1000 of buildings almost exactly like the left and right one as well in Berlin. And the middle one is nothing special either.
