I genuinely never understood the point of signs like this. I follow its order, but I’m not sure I understand the reasoning behind it.

In Malta every rule seems.optional.
Everyone drives like an animal. It’s kind of funny and also interesting.
I did violate that rule once, not on purpose, I had just started driving. I was given a ticket, well deserved I’d say
Most laws and signs are for the books as per the driving style and abzness of most drives. No enforcement is very close to no laws, which is the current state if Maltese roads and other sectors.
