Can anyone tell me what are those mysterious objects that i see in the night all the time when i’m looking South West?

  7. Those are planets, Jupiter and Venus. These two planets set to pass each other AKA conjunction (when two planets appears very close in the sky from the viewpoint on Earth)

  8. Seen the same thing a moment ago, first time i’ve been scared while alone in a forest lmao

  9. The brighter one is Venus (~-4mag), the darker one is Jupiter (~-2,5mag)

    They are at a conjunction, at the right time of the day also with the moon!, so you could see the moon, jupiter, and venus within a few centimeters of eachother, it looks very cool

  17. It is a newly developed constellation. If you look closely and use a bit of imagination you’ll easily see it’s a 1998 Polonez Caro

  20. I saw this too. Jupiter and Venus. From my angle in SF California they looked like a low flying plane approaching the first second I noticed.

  23. Omg ive seen it and i was wondering what are those! But after an hour i checked on them and they completly disappeared.

  27. I saw that yesterday and opened the Sky Map app. It seemed like it was Jupeter and Saturn.

    Edit: People here are saying that it’s Jupyter and Venus and looking right now at the app, they are right. For some reason, I haven’t seen Venus in app the other day.
