3. Why don’t you have your GHIC? This will pay. You should be able to claim now. Do not pay the bill just yet and talk to the GHIC guys. They can tell you if you’re liable or the U.K. NHS is.

4. Did you get 2 separate xrays and doctor consultations, because that’s what they state. Idk, but 2 xrays in 3 or more projections in s single day seems excessive. Could it not be the case that they double charged you because you are a foreigner?

7. Remember, if you have Revolut, probably, Monzo, Starling or any other alternatives, or a major credit card, you have travel insurance with it by default. Revolut’s policy for covering travel insurance is if you had an accident 200miles from your home, so even within UK that counts.

   If you have any of the above, just check and you have a good chance to get your expenses covered. Easy process, but long wait. Allianz assigns a consultant to every case.

8. Aren’t EHIC still valid in the EU? As far as I know, UK came to an agreement with the EU. 🙂

9. FYI Google Translate app has a photo mode where you can take a picture and it will translate everything line by line
