How do you otherwise get the liggingsplan without the ligging?

Ja maar, ken zo talloze verhalen van kotbazen die zonder kloppen of voorzeg gewoon je kamer gaan tonen aan iemand terwijl je van niks wist..
Dus ik gok dat dat hier ook het geval is
“Is the inhabitant included in the price of the house?”
