Hey guys!
I have a 4 day trip to Brussels in 2 months and as I’m planning my trip I have some doubts that I would like to have some help, this is the list I’ve made of places to visit: https://i.imgur.com/viygofV.png
Basically my questions are:
* Am I missing on my list a special place that should be there?
* Is the European Commission/European Parliament visitable? I’ve tried checking through the website but I guess not? The Visitors’ Center is only for groups??
* Is there a transport pass that I should get that will make my life easier? Or should I just walk everywhere and use transport occasionally?
* Should I use one of the days in my trip to visit another Belgium city like Ghent or Bruges?
Thank you for your help everyone!

Wow that’s a lot of stuff. Everyone is different but this is wayyyy too much planning for me, I hate drawing up travel itineraries. FWIW I haven’t done 2/3rds of the stuff on your list myself, definitely cut some shit out and use a day to see another city
If it’s the first time in Belgium, definitely plan to visit Bruges and maybe also Ghent. These are largely considered to be more beautifull to visit. I do agree your list is véry full of things to visit. Some will take only a few minutes, some will take hours however.
If you’re fond of dino’s, you might visit the National History Museum (https://www.naturalsciences.be/en/museum/exhibitions-view/239/394/390)
skip bruges and brussels, not worth it
go to Ghent instead
It’s pretty full, and depending on how deep you want to explore those things.
E.g. place monnaie/the mint: do you want to walk there? Fine that’s 2 minutes. Do you want to eat there? Do you want to go to a museum or the opera building?
I’d skip: Dansaert brewery and la monnaie.
Do you want to hike the city, or visit things with tours?
Zinneke pis
And i would do 1 city a day
