Those lines are the ones with the highest frequency, some approach 2 min headways.
Red line from Tarchomin is tram 2, next one from Bielany is 17

I’m certain there is more trams on east side
Just use Apple Maps for transit routes, they look much better (especially in places with a lot of transit) & have all lines, including railways (both local & intercity)
