BBC News – Keir Starmer meets Ukraine’s President Zelensky in Kyiv

  1. > “Should there be an election next year and a change of government, the position on Ukraine will remain the same,” he said while visiting Irpin, outside Kyiv.

    In other words;

    > whatever the Americans tell us, that is our position.

  2. If it’s anything like his performance on Brexit I dread to think what he’s going to say.

    Was it: “It doesn’t matter if there was Russian interference in the referendums, the decision in Donbas and Crimea has been made. You have to ‘make Dexit and Crexit work’ and most of all you have to ‘take back control’. Those who got you elected and the promises you made to them are irrelevant, all that matters are the votes of the Russian wall”?

  3. Whatever you think of Starmer, he looks far more prime ministerial than the useless little rich kid in number 10 right now

  4. Another one of our politicians doing a grovelling hommage to the Ukraine.

    This is pathetic.

    Just as bad as the billions we are sending them when we shouldn’t be involved at all.
