The “EL MATE” stamp looks a bit like mate cup (or calabash) with bombilla.
I couldn’t find it anywhere either, but I found this plate, no pictures of the bottom side, but they have listed “El mate” as a stamp in the description. It’s in finnish though
The stamp itself looks like a yerba mate cup to me
Is the plate(?) painted? It could be a stamp of a porcelain painter. A cross over the arabia stamp is a clear indication of a hobbyists painter, but it wasn’t always done.
The other plate with a stamp that could be the same one is all I can find
Edit: I’m quite sure it’s an import stamp. In this plate is “El Terranova” import stamp
21. Tyylitelty piirros Arabian ensimmäisestä tunneliuunista värileimana 1932 – 1949. Ruskea, vihreä tai kulta.
It is a old stamp from 40’s as many have said. Funny to see my old work place on that.
But don’t use it — Arabia utilized led in their tableware until 1970 and there has been some cases of led poisoning among ppl who used their products. Older tableware are usually also worn down, thus increasing the risk.
I’m not a collector/connoisseur but I have heard about this “piippuleima” (“chimney stamp”) you got there, it is very wanted among the collectors, iirc the Arabia 1 liter milk jugs with piippuleima are very valuable.

I think the stamp relates to mate tea.
