You should have to renew your licence every 10-15 years and by that I don’t mean the medical certificate, I mean new exams theoretical and practical. I don’t see why cars have to undergo regular checks, but the drivers don’t.
The quality of driving test won’t help much. Strict enforcement of rules is what matters.
It’s still incomprehensible to me how in some countries it is legal to publish locations of speed cameras, or even worse, put road signs warning about them.
Those Idiots should start first with implying theoretical and practical driving lessons in licensed and verified driving schools first and not just simply let people do directly the exams and pretty often simply buy their license.
