edit: When I went there you could also see archaeological digging sites with ‘original’ rooms, mosaics, etc. Some under glass, some under tents / roofs. I don’t know if it’s always accessible like that, though. It blew my mind how ‘medieval’ things were long before the medieval age. And how sophisticated the art was. Took probably 1000 years to get back to roughly the same level. Recreating certain mosaics would still cost you a fortune today
