**Hi! I will be driving from Narvik to Kiruna Airport. Google maps is taking me north as shown in the link** [**https://www.linkpicture.com/q/Screenshot-2023-03-05-112135.png**](https://www.linkpicture.com/q/Screenshot-2023-03-05-112135.png)

**Unlike when you drive from Kiruna to Narvik you just take the E10 see here** [**https://www.linkpicture.com/q/111Screenshot-2023-03-05-112324.png**](https://www.linkpicture.com/q/111Screenshot-2023-03-05-112324.png)

**Any reasons for that? It’s only google maps doing that**

**Please advise Thanks**

  1. You can drive the E10 from Narvik to Kiruna. The problems with Google Maps might have something to do with ongoing roadwork and temporary roads.

The whole town of Kiruna is being moved around 3 km, so the roads are changing as well.

  2. Just checked google maps where it says that the route through Finland is fastest due to roadwork. But I checked vegvesen.no and there was very little roadwork between me and Kiruna if driving south to Bjerkvik and Bjørnfjell.
