Hi everyone,

Me again with more German fitness-related questions:

I’ll be working in Germany for nearly a month, and I need to buy some quality protein powder and creatine powder for the duration of my trip (about 25-30 days).

I use Earth Fed Muscle [whey protein](https://www.earthfedmuscle.com/products/ca-cow-chocolate) and Earth Fed Muscle [creatine powder in the US](https://www.earthfedmuscle.com/products/transcend-creatine?_pos=1&_sid=94e072c32&_ss=r).

The creatine is Creapure certified, and the protein powder is whey, but it doesn’t; have to be.

Would anyone happen to have any recommendations for some high-quality products?

  1. My preferred source of protein is: eggs. You can make many wonderful dishes out of them and they are of high quality. Also I have more trust in hens that in chemists.

  2. A month isn’t that long, why don’t you bring your regular protein with you?

If that’s not an option for some reason, probably best to just go to a vitamin and supplements store once you’re here and look at the contents to choose the best one for you.

Also I looked at your post history and for gyms, just sign up for gym pass, tons of gyms here accept it.

  3. Check out myfit24.de. I buy most of my protein supplements from them because they have a pretty good selection.

  4. > The creatine is Creapure certified

Apparently a German brand. The Creapure site allows you to select Germany and shows you German products. You can order them on amazon.de – have it delivered to a nearby locker.

Protein powders can be found at your local DM or Rossmann. They’re basically everywhere.

    Rossmann also sells creatin:

Also creapure certified, it says on the container. 12 Euros for 250g.

You’re American, right? Remember that Germany, like much of Europe, is possibly more compact than you’re used to. More NYC than Texas. Ie. something like creatin or protein powder is likely no further than a 15 minute walk away from your hotel, not a half hour drive.

Type in Rossmann or DM and whichever city you’re going to, and you’ll likely find one near you. They sell quality stuff for affordable prices. It’s Germany, not China. Hell, don’t bother googling DM or Rossmann. You’re almost certain to walk past one on the way to your hotel or in a train station.

Out of interest, how much do you pay for for creatin and whey protein where you live? I’ve noticed prices vary wildly.
