I wonder where this European regulation can be found exactly and why the Netherlands is [100% ignoring it](https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/geldzaken/vraag-en-antwoord/kan-ik-met-een-wettig-betaalmiddel-overal-betalen).
Isnt there business who are not allowed to accept cash anymore because they where judged for laundering or stuff like that.
