I’m a foreigner living in Poland, i have the opinion, if you respect poles, they will respect, no matter in which country you live in
Finally TiktTok being good
Can confirm. I am living in Ireland for almost 20 years and Irish are a great bunch. We Polish have a lot in common with Irish. We are respected here and we pay back with respect. Let’s Keep it that way!
As a Pole who grew up and spent 17 years in Ireland, you really get to see how similar the two nations are.
A long troubled history with neighbours, we enjoy a drink, our cuisine is very home cooking based, the Catholic Church has overstayed its welcome, we love potatoes
I’m not Irish or Polish but i live in Ireland and I can definitely say – Polish people are awesome (in Ireland and around the world!)
Irish person living in Poland 8 years. Only discovered Reddit last year but r/Poland has been a big help
do not mind, but soon all British stuff gonna be islamic ,
It’s actually heartwarming to see other countries say such nice things about us. Thanks Ireland, we love you too! Greetings from PL
We drink like Irish, we swear like Irish, and we’re as honest and hardworking. Match made in heaven. Or pub
nicest people alive
That’s really heart-warming. But the fact that the comment section of a random TikTok video speaking highly of Poles warrants a post on Reddit.. idk, seems like we still suffer from an inferiority complex a lot.
To be fair, poles did a cracking job of integrating here as well. Pretty much every shop here even in the most rural villages have at least some small Polish section with stuff like flaki and buraczki. Love to see it.
We’re both formerly repressed, strong, hardworking and drinking countries. I’m born catholic but i got some issues with the church. Maybe we can swap potato recipes.
