Wow, this is a real stretch by the daily mail.
Street preacher publicly espousing troubling views and intimidating about homosexuals and other LGBTQ people was arrested… Hardly newsworthy

I’m sure they’d be terribly alarmed if someone of a darker complexion wasn’t reported for their imported extreme religious views.
If you’re going to have a whole department for policing what you believe to be dangerous speech, it should apply equally regardless of how person came to hold those dangerous beliefs.
It would make a mockery of the policy if dangerous views wrapped up in Christian doctrine were acceptable, but those same views wrapped in another belief system were criminal.
