1. **Obtain a residence permit**: Foreigners who want to work in Poland must first obtain a residence permit. You can apply for a residence permit at the Polish consulate or embassy in your home country.
2. **Get a Polish driver’s license**: You’ll need a valid Polish driver’s license to drive a taxi in Poland. To obtain a Polish driver’s license, you must pass a theory and practical driving test. If you already have a driver’s license from another EU country, you may be able to [exchange it for a Polish driver’s license](https://relocatemeabroad.com/how-to-exchange-a-foreign-driving-license-to-polish-license/) without taking a test.
3. **Register for a taxi license**: You’ll need to register for a taxi license with the local authorities in the city where you plan to work. The requirements for a taxi license may vary depending on the city, but generally, you’ll need to provide proof of identity, a valid driver’s license, a medical certificate, and proof of insurance.
4. **Obtain a taxi permit**: In addition to a taxi license, you’ll need to obtain a taxi permit from the local authorities. The permit will allow you to use a vehicle for commercial purposes, and it will specify the type of vehicle you can use as a taxi.
5. **Purchase or lease a vehicle**: You’ll need to have access to a vehicle that meets the requirements for a taxi in Poland. The vehicle must be in good condition, equipped with a taximeter, and have a taxi sign on the roof.
6. **Pass a background check**: You’ll need to pass a criminal background check to obtain a taxi license in Poland.

OR just become Uber/Bolt etc. driver 😉
This is so simplified I would call it borderline not true at all.
>You can apply for a residence permit at the Polish consulate or embassy in your home country.
This is false. In the embassies you apply for visas, residence permits are issued by the voivoidship offices.
>Foreigners who want to work in Poland must first obtain a residence permit.
This is the biggest false statement. You absolutely can work in Poland based on a visa, visa-free movement, having EU citizenship or many, many other criteria. Some foreigners will need a work permit and some will not. This is a matter completely separate from residence permits (unless you apply for a joint work&residence permit).
>You’ll need a valid Polish driver’s license to drive a taxi in Poland
You absolutely can use a foreign drivers license to drive a taxi. Normal license exchange rules apply i.e. non-EU drivers licenses **must** be exchanged to a polish one after 6 months of residence.
>and have a taxi sign on the roof.
This depends on the municipality that the taxi is operating on
Lol. Here is instruction:
1. Get driving license in your country, does not matter fake or not
2. Enter the country by the official entrance, not through Belarusian forest
3. Find uber/bolt partner and become uber/bolt driver. They will lease you a car and share their taxi license with you.

That’s it
