  1. Larusee is the best absynth maker in switzerland. I was able to see their workshop a few years ago. Lonely guys

  2. Absinthe is nice and all, but in my opinion it’s pretty similar to Pastis. The tradition with the fountain water and the special “spoons” witht the sugar cube is nice though, but in every other case I would preferably get Pastis. “La maison de l’Absinthe” in Môtiers was a nice experience though and gave a nice understanding about the history and culture of it.
