I recently went down a bit of a rabbit hole on TikTok where a video of a person openly admitting that they’re a nationalist, and that they think white people are superior appeared on my feed. That led me to finding more and more extremist, hateful, and borderline national socialistic content that I had no idea was even allowed to be on the platform, especially in Germany. Obviously, since these accounts are anonymous, there was no way the people behind these accounts could be held accountable. That was until I stumbled upon a few questionable [livestreams](https://imgur.com/a/D5T9oGm) (screenshots) that are obviously very icky and nazi-coded.
This led me to the question: how far can these people actually go before they face actual reprecussions, especially when they’re on social media? Or are there even consequences to what they’re doing online?
