You still have to notify 3 months before these dates, alternatively you can find someone to take over the lease
Them trying to claim that you can cancel your contract on these dates but that they can’t be considered cancellation dates is a little funny. Nice try…
And if you pass one of the dates, let’s say 31st of March, then the next window to cancel your lease for and leave the flat is on Sept 30, since giving notice on April 1st violates the 3 month notice period for an exit on June 30th. So, effectively you can have nearly 5 months wait for the next window. Or let’s say, in another case, it’s July 1st, then you cannot get out in September, whilst December is blacked out. So your next exit window is 9 months away. Having fixed exit dates instead of rolling 3 months makes this contract very restrictive.
