cooked ham, lack of bread at least, but that might be diet related. Chopped ham maybe due to patient’s requirements. But does not look tasty :(. I’d put it in a bowl, reverse the ratio (moar salad, less ham) and call it a simple ham salad. Would be much better (presentation, health, costs…)
