  1. That’s even hard to read for a non-experienced Czech person as I am pretty sure this is handwritten Kurrent and it’s in German language. Hope someone can help, I tried to read Kurrent once and still having serious difficulties.. The quality of the scan is poor also.

  2. These are photos of legal dokuments – in Czech called Matriční kniha – where clerks fill out official registration records of 4 main events that happens in their city : births, weddings, divorces, deaths. This form you posted here is filled mainly with names, dates and address (that cannot be translated) and what happens to them , but some words are barely eligible

  3. Very difficult to make out words. The only readable part is the last 2 sentences on the second page.
“He died 24th of September 1954 in the town Velké Bílovice. Written by: Vyskočilová (lady name), registrar.”

Hm,,studying the first page. František O? (Perhaps Ořichal? )

Chalupník v Břeclavi – means small house owner/peasant in town Břeclav.
    Something about a son?
Mž. Possibly shortening for manželka aka wife?
    A mention of Bílovice again..

The second page seems mostly names.

https://cs.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velk%C3%A9_B%C3%ADlovice – city where he died

  4. Could you post a picture of the whole page? The handwriting is pretty hard to read but should be easisr if we knew what to look for in the columns – the important information are always at the top of the page.

  5. Well, would you look at that,
it seem we must be related at some point, one of my great-…great-grandmothers (b. 1827) was a Daughter of Martin Osička from Bílovice.

    It says;
    (Father:)
František Osička (b. 24. 12. 1877), house owner (small house with no major land except maybe a garden and maybe only a couple of small fields) in Velké Bílovice, son of Juliana (no father=illegitimate child, single mother) – legitimate daughter of Jakub Osička, pul-lanik here(owner of 1/2lan of land – 1 lan= about 18,5 ha, so he had about 9,25 ha of land – just about a typical amount of land in this area for just slightly better of farmer) and his wife Marie Kachyňová

    (Mother:)
Terezie (b. 25. 7. 1882), legitimate daughter of Jiří Bílek, small house owner in Bílovice and his wife Františka born. Svobodová

    2nd photo:

    B. 24. 2.
    Baptised 27. 2.
    Klem. Gottwald, priest
    Confirmation 23. 9. 1927

    House number: 371

    Name of child: Bohumil
    Certified/Tested Midwife: Damborská
