It’s crazy how blatantly Netflix like to do this sort of thing. If you know anything about F1, then Drive to survive makes your head hurt 😅
Having Netflix allow this kind of content is disappointing. Having to evaluate Youtube stuff, based on whether they show actually footage of something they talk about or some generic stock footage is bad enough.
Seems to be footage from between 2009 and early 2012. Give-aways are:
* New terminal became operational in 2008 (you can see through the old terminal suggesting that, at the time of filming, it had already been decommissioned)
* Old terminal was demolished by 2013
* Luxair retired its Embraer 135/145 by 2016
* The Cargolux hangar was completed in 2009
It’s likely that the footage was shot in late 2009 or 2010 as they fenced off the old terminal before its eventual demolition.
