Tips for emptying the house?

After many years in Belgium, I am going to leave your beautiful country.

I am currently renting, and I won’t need to bring my furniture with me. So I am looking for effective ways to empty the house, both to get rid of small stuff that I don’t need anymore, and to dismantling and selling furniture.
