I‘m pretty sure someone here will recognize that town or city. However in the meanwhile you might search on google maps for stores of the HANSATON company. They sell hearing aids and I recognized their logo (that red circle) on that white flag in front of the very left store.
It is hotel mader in steyr. I was working in this hotel for 4 years.
