Do they have to offer a refund because of the change of date, does anyone know?
There isn’t any mention of refunds or how to apply for one anywhere.
Email them and request a refund. They respond fast enough (ish – few days!)
Just checked mine, moved to 17th of May, mine were bought through Eventbrite and on the ticket it states its non refundable unless the gig is cancelled
Ah fuck. One of the things keeping me going at the moment was looking forward to that gig.
Not a fan of TM but not sure how this is their fault. The gig got moved to a new date, you’ll get new
