Tyrkisk peber: För att vi vill med i NATO.
Djungelvrål: För att man måste få nånting av värme i detta här kalla blåshålet till land.
Saltlakrits: För att det gör ont i munnen och vi gillar smärta.
These are hardly high quality salty licorice, but you know, when you get the hankering, you just gotta have some and this is what you’ll find at the gas station or the supermarket.
I call the Djungelvrål monkey the Bad Decision Monkey, because once I open a bag of Djungelvrål that bag gets eaten up.
Kids that do not like djungelvrål get left outside during winter.
Try svenskjävlar!
They, together with pickled herring is a threat deterrent – no one is willing to invade us. Kept us safe for hundreds of years. We can send you a starter kit if you want peace and freedom in your country as eell.
Tyrkisk Peber <3
In the nordics we have a name for people who don’t like salt candy: a child.
because its delicious
You should not see it as ordinary sweets. More as an adventure of flavour.
At first it’s like a punch in the face but after 30-60 seconds sweet and savory will take over and your mouth will be filled with pleasure and licorice.
If you spit it out after a few seconds you are doing it wrong. These are slow candy
We ain’t bitch made
Djungelvrål is best 🤌
Why do you eat poutine?
Because it’s tasty
Man I love all of these. But ngl, I always make sure to include a bag of Djungelvrål in any package I send to friends in other countries, especially if it’s the first time I send them anything.
Why? I like to watch the world burn I suppose, one salty licoricemonkey at the time..
The question is, why don’t you eat it? North American assortment of licorice is depressing. It is supposed to be salty, not some bland rubber tasting stuff.
They are good and accurate tools to separate the strong from the weak in this world.
I’m thinking about when a young Ingemar Stenmark was interviewed and answered “it’s not so easy to explain to someone who doesn’t understand”
Fazer is a great brand I love their peppermint chocolate “Fazer mint” it has one of the best packages aswell with silver wrapping. I don’t know about the other 2 but Turkish pepper on the far left is from Fazer too and it’s a great bonbon

För att vi inte är töntar
We don’t, we just trick tourists into thinking that, so they will try it
Cuz it’s tasty.
It makes us better at hockey
Those are not even that salty. They are a good snack to eat when watching tv. 😋

They’re awesome. Once you have eaten enough you learn to tell the nuance beneath the taste.
Polly licorice🤤
I’d love to take them off your hands right now if you don’t want them
It is great!
Three good choices there. Cars (“Bilar”) is really good mixing with other candy in the same series. Turkisk is also available as a shot 🤪
Because they’re delicious.
Happy to help!
Why you put tree blood on everything?
Same reason
We are stronk Viking

Det godaste som finns ju!
I absolutely love salt licorice. Turkisk peppar is awesome.
Because of the taste.
Med djungelvrål kan man iaf njuta med något under mello
because YUMYUMYUMYUMYUM
Viking tradition and the delicious taste. But I don’t eat the turkisk peppar since i mixed it with moonshine many years ago.
Better than soggy french fries 😉
Becaus they taste good
I’m from Sweden and i have a even more profound question back. Why DON’T you eat these tasty things?
Because we like it? there’s something about the salty that nordic people love. It’s what it is.
Oh no. Can’t find these here in France. Now I’ve got a craving for salty licorice. Thanks a lot!
You should try the hockeypulver!
You just gave me cravings for all of those. Damn you!!
Also from Canada. This candy is something I love about living here.
