A – Rosół, Barszcz Czerwone z Uszkami, Zupa Koperkowa, Zalewajka, Krupnik, Zupa pomidorowa
B – Zupa pomidorowa z makronem, Zupa ogórkowa
F – Zupa pomidorowa z ryżem
Try flaczki if you dare. It’s my favourite due to really rich aroma, but for people outside of Poland it may seem intimidating/disgusting.
As an English person food is not our forté

Barszcz z uszkami being this low is absolutely sacrilegious, I will not stand for it. The best part of Christmas dinner every year.

Altough to be fair, making it with pieces of beets, potatoes and other veggies and cream is far superior.

This may make me sound boring.
But rosół tops everything for me.
You need to try the Polish mushroom soup.
It’s normally (atleast in my family) eaten around Christmas.

Barszcz Bialy or Zurek served in a bread loaf bowl is amazing. But the slightly spicy fish soups you get at the Baltic Sea restaurants are top.
As a British person with a Polish boyfriend, I must say that I’m both shocked and offended that you placed Barszcz @ C 😧
You should definitely try it again (and don’t forget the Uszka) because I’m telling you, it’s 10/10!

If you ever find yourself in a good restaurant in the polish mountains you definitely need to try żurek w chlebie, best soup ive ever eaten and afterwards you can eat the bread too.

try żurek with white sausage and eggs also you could try zupa grzybowa. Delicious
