  1. Nice to meet you too. I also live in the Spain. Let’s go hang out at… the plaza? Yeah, let’s hang out at Spain plaza.

  2. There are Spanish people in Vietnam too !

    Expats, working professionals, travelers, etc…

    >Yell : ***Tortilla de churizo*** on the street and they will come like chicken to the feed !

  3. À nhố! From which pare of Viet Nam are you? I work with vietnamese people and I’ve been there, planing to go back to Sai Gon soon. 😁

  4. Hey! Had a couple of vietnamese friends (still in touch with one) and I miss her dearly. She loved Spain and is wishing to come back anytime soon… I hope you may find it as “different” and lovely as her 🙂

  5. Hey! Why don’t you tell us what you like about Spain/Spanish people so that the people who are actually reading you can share their interests with you.

As a counter example I could say:

I’ve tried Vietnamese food and it’s very interesting to me. I was very surprised how lemon grass is such an important ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine while here in Spain lemon grass is pretty much unknown.

On the other hand, I admire Vietnamese people for their history. You have consistently fought for your independence against (at least) 4 different global powers and come out on top. The sacrifices the Vietnamese have made are admirable: not just in war, but also at work. Vietnam has a fastly growing economy which is something not everyone can say. I hope the future of Vietnam is a bright one.

I already have some Vietnamese friends (acquaintances?). I must say that the cultural differences are very big. Maybe people like you can help abridge those differences. You’ve said you like Spanish food and that you would like to visit Spain. Would you like to learn Spanish too?

Why don’t you tell us such things about you?

  6. You can DM me, I lived in Barcelona but nowadays I live in Basque Country. Feel free for talking about Spanish music. I love it.

  7. Hi and welcome. I’m married to a Filipina. We live in Vitoria. I’ve been to the Philippines and Thailand. When you say Spanish culture and music, what do you mean? Spain is quite a heterogeneous country with different microclimates and cultures. I’d say the most popular music overseas is flamenco and flamenco-ish pop, but that’s not all there is to Spain. Have a good one.
