This seems a bit of a stretch. Yes our laws need to be more (i.e. completely) secular, but no that doesn’t mean that you can currently do whatever you like on the basis of your wacky religious beliefs (Enoch isn’t even a Catholic).
Didn’t know the constitution had anything interesting to say on contempt of court but what do I know.

I say as I first reach for a hypothetical and then a 40 year old example. Fine, remove the references but don’t engage with this theater that it actually means anything.
Religion and law need to be separate.. if you’re religious, that is wonderful for you. However, there is no reason for it to affect the rest of the population
