Yeah to be fair they are right to be. Irish lad ran into him and he tried his best.
How about the French fans ?
Definitely shouldn’t have been a red but I’m not complaining
First instinct was ‘Elbow to the head, yer man’s seeing Red’
I would say yellow at best. Not that I’m complaining.
Some terrible sore losers. Apparently they would’ve won without the red but were heavily pressurised the whole time before
Im glad I don’t have twitter though
Some Rugby fans pretend like they are a cut above the rest. Mostly belends in my expirience with a superiority complex.
The die hard ones I mean. The rest are grand who just get drawn into the spectacle and like seeing ireland winning at stuff.
It is absolutely killing them that they were the also rans to Ireland winning a grand slam and anyone who’s honest with themselves knows they were never in with much of a hope of winning that game. Only they can’t admit it out loud, so this is what they’re latching on to.
Players looked like they were simmering at the end of the game as well.
Even though their rugby team has been piss poor due the past 3 years at least, they still somehow think they’ve a god-given right to beat Ireland, this being the natural order of things. Which may also go towards explaining why their team is so poor at the moment
I saw a massive influx of “why didn’t they just go fishing” memes after this 😂
The last 4 words of the title are superfluous.
BBC having a whinge about it:
**Six Nations 2023: ‘Unacceptable to spoil good games with poor red cards’**
England fan here. Absolutely right to pull out the red card. Keegan could have a very nasty and damaging injury.
Ireland, quite rightly, are the best team in the world currently. I watched, fully expecting to be well beaten but hoping for an entertaining game. I was not disappointed, it was great to see.
It’s NEVER the team’s fault. It’s the coach; it’s the ref; it’s Marcus Smith. It’s the reason why so many people love to see them lose, not just the Irish. There are a lot of “KEENAN WAS MAKING A MEAL OF IT” comments, ignoring the fact that he FUCKING FAILED HIS HIA!
It’s one of those reds that really suck when your team is on the end of it but it will make players who are going to do it on purpose think twice

Think they can be rightly salty. Yellow at worst
